  • AI image generation capabilities
  • Token-based usage system
  • Premium subscription options
  • Ad-supported token earning system

3. Token System and Payments

Our service operates on a token-based system:

  • 1 message = 1 token
  • 1 image generation = 10 tokens
  • Tokens can be purchased through in-app purchases
  • Tokens can be earned by watching advertisements
  • Premium subscriptions provide unlimited access
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use Nimbus AI to:

  • Generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they input into the service. Generated content is provided "as-is" and users are responsible for ensuring appropriate use of generated materials.
